Assessments are conducted throughout both Month 1 (Theoretical) and Month 2 (OJT).

Assessment Structure
Theoretical (Month 1): MCQ-based tests, case-based scenarios, recruitment quizzes, JD & resume analysis.
Practical (Month 2 – OJT): Resume sourcing & screening, calling & communication, interview coordination, email & documentation quality, tracker maintenance.
